11.45 Panel debate: “The role of social enterprise in a sustainable local economy”
      Invited panel of experts will be taking questions from the floor.
      Panel: SELNET, Lancaster CC, Lancaster University, Transition City Lancaster, Local Social Enterprises.

12.15 Closing Statements – Liz Tapner, Social Enterprise Lancashire Network

12.30 End of morning session and Lunch at the Cornerstone café

      After lunch the Cornerstone and Cafe remains open as a base for the festival.
